China Harbour Company Group Chairman Tang Qiaoliang told Sri Lankan Ambassador Dr.Palitha Kohona that he was confident of attracting major financial sector investments to the Colombo port city .
He met the ambassador on the sidelines of the Macao International Infrastructure Development Forum.
